摘要
以磷酸二氢钠、钼酸钠、钨酸钠和偏钒酸钠为原料合成Keggin结构杂多酸,并与十六烷基三甲基铵阳离子结合,制备了一系列杂多酸有机铵盐,采用XRD、FT⁃IR等手段对所得化合物进行了表征,并以其为催化剂用于催化苯甲醇氧化制苯甲醛.考察了催化剂组成及反应工艺条件对催化效果的影响.在优化条件下,苯甲醇转化率和苯甲醛选择性分别达到83.6%和80.6%.
Keggin⁃type of heteropolyacid was synthesized by using NaH2PO4,Na2MoO4,Na2WO4 and NaVO3 as the raw materials,and combined with cetyltrimethylammonium cations to prepare heteropolyacid salts.The as⁃synthesized heteropolyacid salts were characterized by means of XRD and FT⁃IR,and used as catalysts for the oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde.The effects of catalyst composition and reaction condition on the catalytic performance were studied.Under optimized conditions,the conversion of benzyl alcohol and the selectivity of benzaldehyde were 83.6%and 80.6%,respectively.
