多钒酸盐与阳离子聚合物构筑的自愈合水凝胶及其在Zn⁃MnO2电池中的应用

摘要 以多钒酸盐K11 H[(VO)3(SbW9 O33)2]·27H2O(POVs)和聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)构筑了POVs⁃PDDA自愈合水凝胶,结果表明:POVs和PDDA的浓度、体系的pH对POVs⁃PDDA水凝胶的强度具有显著的影响;该凝胶具有良好的自愈合性以及离子传导能力,能够作为凝胶电解质组装成锌锰电池和柔性软包电池,并表现出较高的放电比容量、良好的倍率性能以及较高的循环稳定性,从而能够保证锌锰电池稳定工作,也为柔性储能器件的设计开发提供了新的研究思路. POVs⁃PDDA self⁃healing hydrogels were constructed by polyoxovanadate K11 H[(VO)3(SbW9O33)2]·27H2O(POVs)and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)(PDDA).The results show that the concentration of POVs and PDDA and the pH of the system have significant effects on the strength of the POVs⁃PDDA hydrogel.Due to the self⁃healing properties and good ion conductivity of the hydrogel,it can be used as hydrogel electrolyte to construct Zn⁃MnO2 battery and the flexible energy storage devices,which shows high discharge specific capacity,good rate performance and high cycle stability to ensure the stable operation of Zn⁃MnO2 battery and provide new research idea for the design and development of flexible energy storage devices.
