420粉末粒度分布对松装密度的影响

Effect of particle size distribution of 420 powder on bulk density

探索了同一工艺、同一批粉末、不同粒度分布对松装密度的影响,以及不同粒度区间粉末按不同重量比例混料对松装密度的影响。结果表明,同一工艺,同一批粉末,不同的粒度组成对其松装密度的影响不是单值的,而是由粉末颗粒填充空隙和架桥两种作用来决定。粗细不同粒度区间的粉末按不同质量比例混料后,可获得较大的松装密度。

The influence of different particle size distribution on bulk density of the same process and the same batch of powder,and the influence of powder mixture in different particle size range on bulk density were explored.The results showed that for the same process and the same batch of powders,the effect of different particle size composition on the bulk density is not a single value,but is determined by the filling of voids and bridging of powder particles.The results also showed that the bulk density of the powder with different particle size range can be obtained by mixing the powder with different weight ratio.
