摘要
利用FLAC3D数值模拟手段分别研究锚杆长度、钢带及锚索长度对巷道支护的影响,选取合理的巷道支护方式。地质条件正常段支护顶锚杆采用间排距900 mm×1 000 mm、φ20 mm×2 500 mm螺纹钢锚杆,顶锚索采用φ21.6 mm×7 200 mm的预应力钢绞线,帮锚杆采用间排距1 200 mm×1 200 mm、φ20 mm×2 000 mm螺纹钢全长树脂锚固锚杆,锚索采用φ17.8 mm×5 200 mm高强度预应力钢绞线,顶板破碎段采用长短锚索加强支护,并进行了工业试验,取得良好的应用效果。
Aiming at the influence of bolt and cable roadway on roadway supporting effect,FLAC3D numerical simulation method was used to study the influence of bolt length,steel strip and anchor cable length on roadway supporting.Finally,the appropriate roadway supporting mode was selected.The supporting section of normal geological conditions was as follows:the top bolt adopted 900 mm×1000 mm and20 mm×2500 mm screw thread steel bolt,the top anchor cable was made of prestressed steel strand with diameter of21.6 mm×7200 mm,and the side bolt with spacing of 1200 mm×1200 mm,20 mm×2000 mm rebar full-length resin anchor bolt,the anchor cable adoptsφ17.8 mm×5200 mm high-strength prestressed steel strand,and the broken roof section adopts long and short anchor cables to strengthen supporting.The industrial test has been carried out and good application effect has been achieved.
