摘要 结合现有无极绳绞车实际应用情况,把无线智组网技术、无线视频监控技术、视频识别与智能分析技术运用于无极绳绞车监控系统,以5.8 G无线智组网为主干网络,利用2.4 G WIFI完成梭车道全区域无线覆盖,形成一套无极绳绞车超长距离安全运行可视化实时监控及无线通讯联络系统。达到系统的任何区域任何时间能够进行远程打点(设备控制)、远程图像监视、实时语音通话、对讲的目的。 In this paper,combined with the actual application of endless rope winch,wireless intelligent networking technology,wireless video monitoring technology,video recognition and intelligent analysis technology were applied to the endless rope winch monitoring system.With 5.8G wireless intelligent network as the backbone network,2.4 G wifi is used to complete the whole area wireless coverage of shuttle track,a visual real-time monitoring and wireless communication system for ultra long distance safe operation of endless rope winch was formed.It can achieve the purpose of remote management(equipment control),remote image monitoring,real-time voice call and intercom in any area of the system at any time.
