摘要
针对提高优质煤炭资源回收率、延长矿井服务年限、降低巷道掘进率和治理隅角瓦斯超限等难题,西铭煤矿在42206工作面运输巷实施了高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术。根据42206工作面的生产地质条件及留巷泵站输送距离、泵站移动次数、巷旁支护体性能、密闭采空区、辅助运输、经济投入等因素,对比分析了高水材料、混凝土和切顶3种留巷方式,最终选择高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷方式;同时设计了高水材料沿空留巷巷内支护、巷旁支护和加强支护等参数,并进行了井下工业性试验,通过沿空留巷围岩变形来评价实施效果,表明在中厚煤层条件下,采用高水材料巷旁充填留巷方式完全满足留巷围岩控制要求。
In order to improve the recovery rate of high-quality coal resources,extend the service life of the coal mine,reduce the roadway excavation rate,and control the corner overrun gas limit,etc.,gob-side entry retaining with high-water material was carried out in the belt roaway at 42206 working face of Ximing Coal Mine.According to the production geological conditions of the 42206 working face,considering factors such as the conveyance distance,the number of pumping station movements,the performance of the support at the side of the roadway,the closed-out gob area,auxiliary transportation,and economic investment,the high water material,concrete and roof cutting were compared and analyzed,and the gob-side entry retaining mode with high water material was finally selected.The parameters of the high-water materials along the roads to stay along the roadways,supporting along the roadways,and strengthening the support were designed;finally,the field test was carried out,the implementation effect was evaluated through the deformation of the retaining rock.It was shown that,under the condition of medium-thick coal seam,the method of gob-side entry retaining with high-water material fully meets the requirements for retaining the surrounding rock.
