摘要
我国传统商业伦理为现代商业伦理规范提供了诸多有益的借鉴和参考。微文化时代,传统商业伦理既面临着机遇,也面临着挑战。传统商业伦理要借助于微信、微博等微文化进行传播与传承,必须从社会、企业、个人三方面入手,优化传统商业伦理传播的社会环境,强化企业对传统商业伦理的传承,同时提升个人的商业伦理素养,以使之为中国社会主义市场经济的发展提供富有生命力的伦理支撑。
The traditional business ethics of our country provides many useful references for the modern business ethics.In the era of micro culture,traditional business ethics is facing both opportunities and challenges.In order to ensure traditional business ethics supports the development of China's socialist market economy,traditional business ethics could be spread and inherited by means of WeChat,micro blog and other micro cultures from the three aspects of society,enterprises and individuals.Specifically,we should optimize the social environment to spread traditional business ethics,encourage enterprises to inherit traditional business ethics and improve the personal business ethics literacy.
