我国现代服务业发展的统计测度

Statistical Measurement of the Development of Modern Service Industry in China

目前对现代服务业的界定仍存在争议,先进制造业发展质量的测度研究相对较少。通过对文献的梳理,界定了现代服务业对应的产业部门。利用投入产出数据,对现代服务业部门发展情况统计分析,得出我国现代服务业“量”大“质”低的特点,且现代服务业更多的需要依靠经济增长推动其发展。在结构方面,长期被房地产、货币金融、教育等几大行业主导,高新技术等潜力大、当期经济效益差的部门发展不理想,呈现了“逐利”的倾向,需要通过政策调整,促进健康发展。

At present,there are still disputes on the definition of modern service industry,and there are few researches on the measurement of the development quality of modern service industry.Through the literature review,the corresponding industrial sectors of modern service industry are defined.Using the input-output data,this paper analyzes the development of modern service sector,and concludes that the modern service industry in China has the characteristics of large quantity and low quality,and modern service industry needs to rely on economic growth to promote its development.In terms of industrial structure,real estate,monetary finance,education and other industries are playing crucial role in economy while departments with high potential such as high-tech and poor current economic benefits are not developing well,and are showing a tendency of"pursuing profits".Therefore,it is necessary to adjust policies to promote the economic development healthily.
