摘要
为了回收低压气相淬冷法三聚氰胺装置的尾气,配套建设了水溶液全循环法尿素生产装置,介绍了与低压法三聚氰胺联产的水溶液全循环法尿素装置的改进工艺流程和控制参数。该尿素装置的成功投运,不仅有效降低了三聚氰胺的生产成本,而且解决了三聚氰胺装置尾气回收难的问题。
In order to recover the tail gas of the low-pressure gas phase quenching process melamine unit,a supporting agueous solution total recycle process urea production unit is built.The improved process flow and control parameters of the urea unit with aqueous solution total recycle process co-producing low-pressure process melamine are introduced.The successful commissioning of the urea unit not only effectively reduces the production cost of melamine,but also solves the difficult problem of recovery of tail gas from the melamine unit.
