TH型斗式提升机链钩断裂故障原因分析及改造措施

Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures of Chain Hook Fracture Failure of TH Type Bucket Elevator

针对TH型斗式提升机实际应用过程中存在链钩易断裂的问题,分析了链钩的受力情况及失效形式,采取在链钩与料斗安装位置(链钩开口方向)增加1块加强板,拧紧锁紧螺母,沿螺母圆周将加强板焊接固定等措施,使链钩形成永久性闭环状态。改造措施实施后,有效解决了TH型斗式提升机链钩频繁断裂的问题,降低了设备检修成本,保障了生产装置的持续安全稳定运行。

In connection with the problem that the chain hook is easy to break during the actual application of the TH type bucket elevator,the force condition and failure mode of the chain hook are analyzed,and some improvement measures are taken,including adding a reinforcing plate at the chain hook and the hopper installation position(the opening direction of the chain hook),tightening the lock nut and welding the reinforcing plate along the circumference of the nut to make the chain hook form a permanent closed loop state.After the implementation of the reform measures,the problem of frequent fracture of the chain hooks of the TH type bucket elevator is effectively solved,the equipment maintenance cost is reduced,and the continuous,safe and stable operation of the production unit is ensured.
