摘要 介绍了曼海姆法硫酸钾生产装置存在的不足,针对反应炉搅拌推料系统搅拌速率无法根据原料特性进行调节、反应炉尾部氯化氢气体出口箱至石墨换热器间的管道容易堵塞、硫酸下料管使用寿命短、氯化钾计量皮带秤传感器易被泄漏的氯化氢气体腐蚀、反吹袋式除尘器布置位置不合理等问题,相应采取了反应炉的主减速机电动机增加变频器、使用空冷夹套管、添加旋风分离器、调整设备布置等措施。改造措施实施后,提高了反应炉的可操作性和全装置的稳定性。 The shortcomings of the potassium sulfate production plant by Mannheim process are introduced.In connection with the problems,such as the stirring rate of the stirring and pushing system of the reactor cannot be adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw materials,the pipeline between the hydrogen chloride gas outlet box at the tail of the reactor and the graphite heat exchanger is easy to be blocked,the service life of the sulfuric acid discharge pipe is short,the potassium chloride metering belt scale sensor is easily to be corroded by the leaked hydrogen chloride gas,and the layout of the back-blowing bag filter is unreasonable.Corresponding measures are taken,including adding a frequency converter to the main reducer motor of the reactor,using an air-cooling jacketed pipe,adding a cyclone separator,adjusting the equipment layout,and so on.After the implementation of the reform measures,the operability of the reactor and the stability of the whole plant are improved.
