鼻渊通窍颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules Combined with Cetirizine Drops in Children with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察鼻渊通窍颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂对小儿变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:88例我院收治的变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例,分别口服西替利嗪滴剂,鼻渊通窍颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂,疗程均4周。观察治疗前后两组患儿的临床症状及体征[鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)、生命质量问卷评分(RQLQ),鼻气道阻力指数(NAR)],以及血清和鼻分泌物中炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)];观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.3%,高于对照组的78.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿血清TNF-α、IL-4、IL-33降低较对照组更明显(P<0.05),且鼻分泌物TNF-α、IL-4、IL-33降低较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻渊通窍颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂可有效改善变应性鼻炎患儿的临床症状和体征,其作用机制可能与降低血清和鼻分泌物中TNF-α、IL-4、IL-33水平有关。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of biyuan tongqiao granules combined with cetirizine drops in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods:88 cases of children allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the control group(44 cases)and the observation group(44 cases),and took cetirizine drops,biyuan tongqiao granules combined with cetirizine drops respectively for 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms and signs[total nasal symptom scores(TNSS),quality of life questionnaire score(RQLQ),nasal air-way resistance(NAR)],serum and nasal secretion inflammatory factor[[tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-33(IL-33)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 95.3%in the observation group,which was higher than 78.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,serum TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-33 of the patients in the observation group reduced more significantly(P<0.05),and nasal secretion TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-33 of the patients in the observation group reduced more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Biyuan tongqiao granules combined with cetirizine drops can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with allergic rhinitis,and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum and nasal secretionTNF-α,IL-4 and IL-33 level.
