失眠症的神经生物学机制研究进展 被引量:50

摘要 对失眠症的神经生物学机制的研究,一直以来都是脑科学领域的一个难题,不仅是由于以现有的研究技术,在体观察大脑内部的结构、功能以及神经通路存在局限性,更是由于神经生物学机制的复杂性,难以通过动物模型模拟,更加阻碍了对失眠症机制研究的发展。随着研究技术的不断改进,近年来对失眠的发病机制的研究取得了不小的突破。本文结合国内外对失眠症生物学机制的最新研究,从过度觉醒机制、相关脑区及神经递质机制、神经-内分泌-免疫机制、内源性生物钟机制等方面对失眠症的神经生物学机制进行系统整理,为临床治疗失眠症提供理论依据。 The research on the neurobiological mechanism of insomnia has always been a difficult problem in the field of brain science.It is not only because of the limitations of the existing research technology in vivo to observe the internal structure,function and neural pathway of the brain,but also because of the complexity of the neurobiological mechanism,which is difficult to be simulated by animal models,which hinders the development of the research on the mechanism of insomnia.With the continuous improvement of research technology,in recent years,the research on the pathogenesis of insomnia has made some breakthrough.This paper will combine the latest research progress on the biological mechanism of insomnia,and systematically sort out the neurobiological mechanism of insomnia from the aspects of over awakening mechanism,related brain area and neurotransmitter mechanism,neuroendocrine immune mechanism,endogenous biological clock mechanism and so on,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of insomnia.
