摘要
根据EN12663标准中的疲劳载荷要求和车辆运行时启动,匀速运行,制动和出入库的在线实测加速度载荷谱,通过车体的实测应变信息,反求获得车体在线路上运行时的真实载荷谱.结合材料、结构疲劳试验以及无损探伤检测,利用主S-N曲线法疲劳寿命评估平台结合迈纳尔损伤累计法则对车体系统残余寿命和服役性能进行了评估.通过数据分析得危险焊缝部件的设计寿命和抗疲劳性能可满足车体使用30年的标准要求,并验证主S-N曲线进行动车组车体焊接接头疲劳寿命评估方法的可靠性和准确性.
According to the fatigue load requirements in EN12663 standard and the online measured acceleration load spectrum of the vehicle running at a constant speed,braking and in and out of the warehouse,the real load of the vehicle body when running on the line is obtained inversely through the measured strain information of the vehicle body.Combined with material and structural fatigue tests and non-destructive test,the fatigue life evaluation platform based on main S-N curve method is used to evaluate the residual life and service performance of the car body system,combined with the Meiner damage accumulation rule.Through data analysis,the design life and fatigue resistance of dangerous welded parts can meet the standard requirements of 30 years,and the reliability and accuracy of the main S-N curve for evaluating the fatigue life of EMU car body welded joints are verified.
