关于“推进医养结合”若干问题的思考

Thoughts on“Promoting the Intergration of Medical Care and Nursing Care”

随着老龄化社会到来,养老问题成了突出的民生问题。通过机构层面、社区层面、居家层面的有机结合,医疗资源与养老资源效能得以充分发挥,但传统养老观念落后、机构转型审批受限、违规套用医保政策、老年医疗卫生看护服务网络建设滞后、基层医养护理人员水平较低、相关部门信息共享机制不健全等问题成为阻碍医养结合的突出症结。针对上述难题,提出了可行性的建议对策,为进一步深化医养结合提供了借鉴参考。

With the arrival of aging society,the pension problem has become a prominent livelihood issues.However,problems such as backward traditional pension concept,limited approval of institutional transformation,illegal application of medical insurance policy,lagging construction of elderly medical and health care service network,low level of grass-roots medical and nursing staff,and imperfect information sharing mechanism of relevant departments have become the prominent sticking points hindering the integration of medical and health care.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions,which provides reference for further deepening the combination of medical and nursing.
