摘要
通过添加不同浓度和不同粒径的微塑料,研究其对集胞藻的生长及叶绿素荧光的影响。结果表明,微塑料的浓度和粒径对集胞藻的吸光度(OD680)、叶绿素荧光(Fv/Fm)和叶绿素a有影响,当微塑料DEHP浓度超过10mg/L时,浓度越高对集胞藻产生的抑制作用越明显;纯塑料浓度为10mg/L,粒径为200um时对集胞藻生长产生明显抑制作用。当微塑料浓度超过阈值后,浓度越高对微藻生长产生的抑制作用越明显;微塑料粒径越小对微藻生长产生的抑制作用越明显。
The effects of microplastics with different concentrations and particle sizes on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence of alga were studied by adding microplastics with different concentrations and particle sizes.Results show that the micro plastic concentration and particle size of the micro plastic to set cell algae absorbance value(OD680)and chlorophyll fluorescence(Fv/Fm)and chlorophyll a certain impact,as when the concentration of the micro plastic(DEHP)more than 10 mg/L,the higher the concentration on the collection of algal cell inhibitory effect,the more obvious,pure plastic concentration of 10 mg/L,when particle size of 200 um obvious inhibitory effect on collection of cell growth.When the concentration of microplastics exceeded the threshold,the higher the concentration was,the more obvious the inhibition effect on the growth of microalgae was.The smaller the particle size of microplastics was,the more obvious the inhibition effect on the growth of microalgae was.
