摘要
辽阳石化公司裂解装置在2019年大检修期间完成了原料轻质化改造,对2台液体裂解炉F-101X和F-110进行了气体炉改造,引进芳烃尾气、液化气原料,改造投产后乙烯收率由31.00%提高至35.01%,综合能耗(标油)由693.47 kg/t乙烯降低至677.97 kg/t乙烯,装置运行水平得到大幅提升,原料轻质化后对裂解、急冷、压缩系统均产生了不同程度的影响,通过优化调整后各系统恢复了正常运行。
PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company completed the transformation of steam cracking unit for processing light raw materials during the overhaul in 2019.Two liquid cracking furnaces F101x and F110 were transformed into gas furnaces,and aromatics tail gas and liquefied gas were introduced as raw materials.After the transformation,the ethylene yield was increased from 31.00%to 35.01%and the comprehensive energy consumption was reduced from 693.47 kgEO/t ethylene to 677.97 kgEO/t ethylene,greatly improving the operation level of the unit.The cracking,quenching and compression systems were affected to varying degrees.Through optimization and adjustment,the normal operation of the systems was restored.
