哈巴雪山自然保护区土壤氮素垂直分异特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用半微量开氏法及碱解扩散法对哈巴雪山自然保护区土壤全氮及碱解氮含量进行测定,结果表明:保护区土壤氮素含量垂直分异现象较为显著,保护区土壤全氮含量整体较为丰富;同一土壤剖面,全氮总体分布趋势随土层深度的增加逐渐下降,表土层含量较高,心土层和底土层,氮含量明显减少,非地带性土壤中,全氮含量中等,并呈逐层递减的趋势;同一剖面中,随土层加深速效氮含量有减小趋势。随着海拔的升高,表土层速效氮含量逐渐增加,高海拔地带的土样,总体速效氮含量较高,低海拔地带土样,总体含量偏低。 The content of total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen in the soil of Haba Mountain Na⁃ture Reserve was determined by the method of semi-micro Kelvin method and Alkaline diffusion meth⁃od.The results showed that the vertical differentiation of soil nitrogen content in the protected area was significant,and the total nitrogen content in the protected area was rich.In the same soil profile,the dis⁃tribution trend of total nitrogen decreased gradually with the increase of soil depth,and the content of topsoil layer was higher.In the core soil and subsoil layer,the nitrogen content decreased obviously,in the non-zone soil,the total nitrogen content was medium,and showed a decreasing trend.In the same section,the effect nitrogen content decreases with the deepening of soil layer.With the increase of alti⁃tude,the content of rapid nitrogen in topsoil increases gradually,the total available nitrogen content in soil samples in high altitude zone is higher,and that in low altitude zone is on the low side.
