2019年5月9日槽下焦炭烘干项目正式投用,在稳定入炉焦炭水方面效果甚佳。使用后对高炉影响很大,尤其在降耗、降低入炉粉末及高炉稳定顺行方面效果良好。水份及入炉粉末的降低,可以提高料柱透气透液性,为高炉长期高效稳定顺行提供坚强的后勤保障。

On May 9,2019,the coke drying project under the tank was put into operation,which has a good effect in stabilizing the coke water into the furnace.It has a great influence on the blast furnace,especially in the aspects of reducing the consumption,reducing the powder into the furnace and the stable operation of the blast furnace.The decrease of moisture and powder into the furnace can improve the permeability and liquid permeability of the material column,which provides a strong support for long-term smooth and efficient operation of blast furnace.
