摘要
针对20SiMn合金钢粗糙度模拟值计算过程复杂的问题,通过结合能量法中卡氏定理和粗糙度的表征定义,建立材料内部应变能与粗糙度的关系。通过有限元分析,将粗糙度仿真模拟值R ai与运用内部应变能求解得到的粗糙度值R aii进行了对比。研究结果表明:在静压力参数分别为100 N、300 N和600 N时,模拟值R ai与R aii的变化规律一致。试验证明了材料内部应变能数值可用于粗糙度的分析。
In order to solve the complicated calculation problem of the 20SiMn alloy steel roughness simulation value,the relationship between the internal strain energy and roughness was established by combining the Castigliano’s theorem of the energy method and the characterization definition of roughness.Through finite element analysis,the roughness simulation value R ai and roughness value R aii obtained by using the internal strain energy were compared.The results show that when the static pressure parameters are 100 N,300 N and 600 N respectively,the variation law of roughness simulation value R ai is consistent with that of R aii.The experiment proves that the internal strain energy of the material can be used to analyze the roughness.
