甘草多糖对肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:30

摘要 为了研究甘草多糖(GCP)对肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,将320只1日龄肉鸡随机分成5组。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,其他4个试验组肉鸡分别饲喂添加甘草多糖200 mg/kg、500 mg/kg、1000 mg/kg和1500 mg/kg的基础日粮。研究结果表明:日粮中添加GCP虽然不能提高整个试验期肉鸡的生长性能,但500 mg/kg组和1000 mg/kg组的GCP,可以显著提高22~42日龄肉鸡的平均日增体质量(ADG),并降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05)。日粮中添加GCP对肉鸡血清生化指标也有一定程度的影响,其中,500 mg/kg组和1000 mg/kg组的GCP,可以提高肉鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)的质量浓度以及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的浓度(P<0.05),并能显著降低谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、甘油三酯(TG)和尿酸(UA)的浓度(P<0.05)。 In order to study the effect of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide(GCP)on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of broilers,320 one-day-old broilers were randomly allotted into 5 groups.Broilers in the control group were fed the basal diet,while broilers in the other 4 experiment groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg,500 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg GCP respectively.The results show that although the addition of GCP to the diet cannot improve the growth performance of broilers throughout the experimental period,the GCP in the 500 mg/kg group and the 1000 mg/kg group for 22~42 significantly increase the average daily gain(ADG)and reduce the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)(P<0.05)-day-old broilers.The addition of GCP to the diet also has a certain effect on the serum biochemical indexes of broilers.Among them,GCP in the 500 mg/kg group and 1000 mg/kg group can significantly increase the mass concentration of total protein(TP),globulin(GLB)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in broilers serum(P<0.05),and can significantly reduce the concentration of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),triglyceride(TG)and uric acid(UA)(P<0.05).
