装载工况对大件运输车组弯道行驶安全车速阈值影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究装载工况对大件运输车组弯道行驶安全车速阀值影响,运用TruckSim软件建立公路大件运输车模型,仿真实验分析装载质量、重心高度、重心纵向偏移对大件运输车组弯道行驶安全车速阈值的影响,得到装载质量和装载重心高度的影响较大;当质量小和高度低时对弯道行驶安全车速阈值影响较大,质量渐大、高度渐高时影响逐渐变小.然后以双因素为重点进行正交实验,分析得到装载质量越重时重心高度的调整对弯道行驶安全车速阈值影响越大;在装载质量和重心高度同时增加时,弯道行驶安全车速阈值减小的更快;结合弯道因素得到预估模型,该模型给予公路大件运输车组弯道行驶安全提供理论依据和技术支持. In order to study the influence of loading conditions on the safe speed threshold of large-sized transportation vehicles,this paper uses TruckSim software to establish a model of large-sized transportation vehicles and cargos running on the highway,and simulates the experiments to analyze the effects of loading quality,height of center of gravity,and longitudinal deviation of center of gravity on the safe speed threshold value of large-sized transportation vehicles running on the curve.The influence of the vehicles loading quantity and the height of the loading center of gravity exert more profound influnence;when the quantity is small and the height is low,a greater impact can be found on the safe speed threshold value of vehicles running on the curve,and when the quantity becomes larger and the height becomes higher,the impact will gradually become smaller.Then the orthogonal experiment is carried out with two factors as the focus,and the analysis shows that the heavier the loading quality is,the greater the impact of the adjustment of the height of the center of gravity on the safe speed threshold value of vehicles running on the curve will be;when the loading quality and the height of the center of gravity increase simultaneously,the safe speed threshold value of vehicles running on the curve decreases faster.By taking curve factors into consideration,a prediction model is obtained,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the safety of large-sized transportation vehicles running on the curve.
