基于ArcGIS的运城市盐湖区药用植物多样性分析

摘要 目的:了解药用植物的多样性对摸清中药资源分布情况与现状具有重要意义,本文旨在通过空间分析信息系统揭示研究区域药用植物多样性的分布特点。方法:利用ArcGIS软件对中药资源普查的区域及样地筛选进行预处理,划分草丛区、灌丛区和针叶林区三个典型植被类型区。结合实地调查结果,利用α多样性指数和β多样性指数对运城市盐湖区的药用植物资源进行多样性分析研究。结果:运城市盐湖区的药用植物资源以单种科、寡种科、含1种的属居多。典型植被类型区以针叶林区药用植物物种含量最多,药用植物物种的丰富性也最高,灌丛区次之,草丛区药用植物物种含量最少,丰富性最低。结论:运城市盐湖区药用植物资源相对丰富,开发和可利用性高,期望研究结果为该地区药用植物资源的利用和保护提供理论依据。 Objective:Finding out the diversity of the medicinal plants is very important in discovering the distribution and status quo of the Chinese medicine resources,this paper is written to reveal distribution characteristics of regional medicinal plant diversity by analyzing the ArcGIS system.Method:Pretreat the areas and plots for the survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources by using the ArcGIS system,divide the areas and plots into three typical vegetation types:grassland,shrubland and coniferous.By using theαdiversity index andβdiversity index in combination with the results of field investigation,we have made diversity analysis and research on medicinal plant resources in the Yanhu area of Yuncheng City.Results:The medicinal plant resources in the Yanhu district of Yuncheng are mostly single species,Oligoguanidine,and one genera.The coniferous forest area has the highest medicinal plant species content and the highest medicinal plant species richness,followed by the shrub area,the grassland area has the least medicinal plant species content and the lowest abundance.Conclusion:The medicinal plant resources in the Yanhu District of Yuncheng City are relatively abundant,with high development and availability.It is expected that the research results will provide a theoretical basis for the utilization and protection of medicinal plant resources in this area.
