摘要
慢性肾脏病所致心脏性猝死是慢性肾脏病患者最为严重的心血管并发症,其发生率和致死率均较高。本文从慢性肾脏病对心血管系统的直接和间接作用,以及透析治疗的影响三方面梳理慢性肾脏病所致心脏性猝死机制的最新研究进展。
Sudden cardiac death caused by chronic kidney disease is its most serious cardiovascular complication,and its incidence and mortality are both high.We review the latest research progress in the mechanism of sudden cardiac death caused by chronic kidney disease from three aspects:the direct and indirect effects of chronic kidney disease on cardiovascular system,and effects of dialysis treatment.
