摘要
文章采用路易斯酸CaCl2乙醇溶液对芳纶纤维进行络合处理,通过表征改性前后纤维表面微观形貌、纤维表面化学组成、纤维结晶度、纤维润湿性能及热学性能,研究络合改性对芳纶纤维表面微观形貌与结构及热学性能的影响。研究结果表明经过改性处理后,芳纶纤维表面出现刻蚀沟槽,粗糙度增大,结晶度降低,润湿性能增加,可为芳纶纤维与树脂基体的复合提供实验数据和理论支撑。
In this paper,the aramid fiber was treated with Lewis acid CaCl 2 ethanol solution.The effects of complexation modification on the surface morphology,structure and thermal properties of aramid fiber were studied by characterizing the surface morphology,chemical composition,crystallinity,wettability and thermal properties of aramid fiber.The results showed that the surface of modified aramid fiber presented etched grooves,increased roughness,decreased crystallinity and increased wettability.The conclusion can provide experimental data and theoretical support for the composite of aramid fiber and resin matrix.
