孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响

Clinical efficacy and impact on pulmonary function of montelukast sodium combined with salbutamol sulfate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法选取汕头市潮阳区大峰医院2018年6月—2020年1月收治的重症支气管哮喘患者74例,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组与试验组,各37例。对照组予以硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较2组临床疗效,临床症状(喘息、哮鸣音、咳嗽、肺湿啰音)改善时间,治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼吸末容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)与最大呼气峰流速(PEF)],并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组喘息、哮鸣音、咳嗽、肺湿啰音改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组FEV1、FVC、PEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组FEV1、FVC、PEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者临床症状和肺功能,缩短症状缓解时间,且安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and impact on pulmonary function of montelukast sodium combined with salbutamol sulfate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 74 cases of patients with severe bronchial asthma were selected from June 2018 to January 2020 in Dafeng Hospital of Chaoyang District,Shantou City,which were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol sulfate solution,and the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms (wheezing,wheezing,cough,lung wet rale),pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment(FEV1,FVC,PEF)were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of wheezing,wheezing,cough and lung wet rales in the experimental group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FEV1,FVC and PEF between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment FEV1,FVC and PEF in the experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with salbutamol sulfate have an exact clinical effect for severe bronchial asthma,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and lung function of patients,shorten the time of symptom relief,and with high safety.
