补肾生血之剂联合西药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen shengxue decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia

目的探讨补肾生血之剂联合西药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取安徽中医药大学第一附属医院2015年8月—2020年5月收治的慢性再生障碍性贫血患者25例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组10例,研究组15例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组加用补肾生血之剂治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血象指标,包括网织红细胞、红细胞计数、血红蛋白,并比较2组不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组网织红细胞、红细胞计数、血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组网织红细胞、红细胞计数、血红蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾生血之剂联合西药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效确切,可改善患者造血微环境,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Shengxue decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods A total of 25 cases of patients with chronic aplastic anemia were selected from August 2015 to May 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were selected and divided into control group(10 cases)and study group(15 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with tonifying kidney and generating blood.The clinical efficacy,hemogram indexes including reticulocyte,red blood cell count and hemoglobin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in reticulocyte,red blood cell count and hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the reticulocyte,red blood cell count and hemoglobin in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Bushen Shengxue decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia is definite,which can improve the hematopoietic microenvironment of patients,and with high safety.
