去应力热处理对304L不锈钢焊材熔敷金属力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过对国内外不同品牌的308L焊材进行SMAW,SAW,MIG焊熔敷金属试验,并进行焊态和热处理态下的常温冲击、-196℃冲击、拉伸试验,研究了去应力热处理对熔敷金属力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,经过去应力热处理,熔敷金属-196℃时的冲击韧性会显著降低,屈服强度和塑性有一定程度的下降,抗拉强度有小幅度升高。随着熔敷金属中铁素体含量的升高,其-196℃时的冲击韧性会降低,屈服强度和抗拉强度有所提高。 Through deposited metal tests of SMAW, SAW, MIG welding on 308 L welding materials of different brands at home and abroad, and the normal temperature impact,-196 ℃ impact and tensile test were carried out under welding and heat treatment, the effect of stress relief heat treatment on the mechanical properties of deposited metal was studied. The results showed that after stress relief heat treatment, the-196 ℃ impact toughness of the deposited metal would be significantly reduced, the yield strength and shaping would be reduced to a certain extent, and the tensile strength would be increased slightly. As the content of ferrite in the deposited metal increased, its impact toughness at-196 ℃ would decreased, and the yield strength and tensile strength would in crease.
