基于TOPSIS与综合指数法的医院医疗质量综合评价

Research of Hospital Medical Quality Evaluation with TOPSIS and Synthetic Index Methods

目的探讨运用TOPSIS法和综合指数法综合评价山东省某三级甲等综合医院医疗质量运行情况,为持续改进医院质量管理工作提供参考。方法建立包含3个一级指标和21个二级指标的医院医疗质量评价体系,运用TOPSIS法和综合指数法对某院2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日共计5790488诊疗人次的医疗质量进行综合评价。结果2种方法对医院医疗质量综合评价结果完全一致,均为2015年最差,2019年最佳。TOPSIS法评价结果,接近程度值分别为0.0385、0.2390、0.4140、0.7888、0.9446,综合指数法评价结果,综合指数值分别为1.8757、3.6205、4.6833、6.3282、8.5677,该院医疗质量呈逐年上升趋势,应用TOPSIS法和综合指数法的综合评价结果与医院实际情况相符。结论应用TOPSIS法与综合指数法对医疗质量进行综合评价,能够客观反映医院医疗质量变化,有效提升医疗质量规范化管理水平。

Objectives To explore the medical quality comprehensive evaluation of a Three A and Tertiary hospital in Shandong Province with TOPSIS and Synthetic Index methods,so as to provide references for continuous improvement of hospital quality management.Methods To establish a hospital medical quality evaluation index system containing 3 primary indicators and 21 secondary indicators,and use TOPSIS and Synthetic Index methods to comprehensively evaluate the hospital medical quality of 5790488 patients from 2015 to 2019.Results The comprehensive evaluation results of the two methods for the hospital’s medical quality were completely consistent,which were the worst in 2015 and the best in 2019.According to the TOPSIS results,the of 2015-2019 were 0.0385,0.2390,0.4140,0.7888 and 0.9446,from the evaluation results of the Synthetic Index method,the of 2015-2019 were 1.8757,3.6205,4.6833,6.3282 and 8.5677,the hospital medical quality increased year by year.The comprehensive evaluation results using TOPSIS and Synthetic Index methods were consistent with the actual situation of the hospital.Conclusions Comprehensive evaluation of medical quality with TOPSIS and Synthetic Index methods could objectively reflect changes in hospital medical quality and effectively improve the standardization of medical quality management.
