案例式立体教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习中的应用 被引量:7

Application of Case Three-dimensional Teaching Method in the Practice Teaching of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery

摘要 目的评价案例式立体教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床专业本科生见习中的教学效果,提高教学质量。方法选取2019年1月1日-2019年5月31日某医科大学2015级临床专业长学制本科生在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习学生62人,以见习小组为单位随机分为实验组(CTTM组)和对照组(传统教学组)各31人。见习结束后学生填写调查问卷,并针对见习内容进行考核。问卷结果及见习考核成绩分别进行统计学分析。结果问卷调查教学过程中能够集中精力、收获足够多知识和经验、提高临床诊疗思维能力、被鼓励与患者及教师互动、培养更加主动的学习习惯、有必要安排临床见习、对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科感兴趣、愿意以耳鼻咽喉科为自己专业、值得推广等项目CTTM组均优于传统组(OR>1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。见习考核成绩CTTM组(89.03±1.82)分优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床带教中,运用CTTM教学法能更加有效提高学生的临床实践能力和学习兴趣,锻炼临床思维,避免学生产生畏难情绪,提高教学满意度,更好地实现教学目标,值得在临床教学中推广。 Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of case three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM)on the teaching of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of clinical medical undergraduates.Methods Totally 62 medical undergraduates of Class 2015 at Capital Medical university from January to May in 2019 were enrolled into this study.They were grouped randomly into two groups:the experimental group(CTTM group)(n=31)and the contrast group(traditional teaching method group)(n=31).Questionnaires were collected and the students accepted their subject test after they finished the internship.Both of the results were analyzed statistically.Results About the questionnaire,except for a few items,the score of CTTM group was better than that of traditional group(OR>1),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the test between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions In the practice teaching of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,compared with traditional teaching methods,CTTM could improve the clinical practice ability of students and their interests,exercise their clinical thinking,avoid students’fear of difficulties,improve teaching satisfaction and achieve teaching objectives better.CTTM was better than traditional teaching method,and it was worthy to be popularized in clinical teaching.
