摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础教学模式结合3D打印技术在住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日在某院心内科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员50人随机分为2组,实验组25人采用PBL教学模式结合3D打印技术教学,对照组25人采用传统教学模式。通过理论考试,实践技能考核和问卷调查评估教学效果。结果实验组理论考试成绩和实践技能考核成绩分别为(90.25±3.68)分和(86.56±3.94)分,高于对照组(85.64±4.25)分和(81.96±5.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示实验组学员在提高学习积极性、教学模式新颖性、掌握理论知识、提高空间思维能力、提高临床实践能力等方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的教学模式相比,PBL教学模式结合3D打印技术在住院医师规范化培训教学中的效果更好,可以提高教学质量,值得进一步探索和推广。
Objective To discuss the application of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model combined with three-dimensional printing technology in the teaching of standardized training of residents.Methods A total of 50 residents for standardized training in the department of cardiology of a hospital in 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each,the experimental group used PBL teaching model combined with three-dimensional printing technology,while the control group used the traditional teaching model.The teaching effect was evaluated by the theoretical examination,clinical skills evaluation and questionnaire surveys.Results The theoretical examination score and clinical skill score of the experimental group were both higher than those in the control group[(90.25±3.68)points and(86.56±3.94)points vs(85.64±4.25)points and(81.96±5.03)points,P<0.05].The questionnaire surveys showed that the abilities of arousing learning initiative,novelty of teaching model,mastering theoretical knowledge,improving spatial thinking and improving clinical skills were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PBL teaching model combined with three-dimensional printing technology in the teaching of standardized training of residents had a better effect than traditional teaching model.It would improve teaching quality and was worth to popularize and apply in the teaching of standardized training of residents.
