北京援鄂医疗队护士心理弹性水平的调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on Psychological Resilience Level of Nurses in Beijing Medical Team to Hubei and Analysis of Influencing Factors

目的探讨北京援鄂医疗队护士心理弹性水平及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表于2020年2月19日-2020年3月20日对援助武汉医疗队的81名护理人员进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、单因素分析及多元线性回归分析探讨其影响因素。结果调查的81名北京援鄂医疗队护士中女性为64名,男性为17名,平均年龄为(34.52±5.81)岁,其心理弹性得分为75.33±10.98分,经单因素分析结果显示不同学历、病房分组、受聘形式、工作年限、专业及认知水平下心理弹性水得分差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;多元线性回归分析结果显示学历、病房组别、工作年限及对疫情认知水平最终进入方程,为北京援鄂医疗队护士心理弹性水平的影响因素,P<0.05,且可解释心理弹性总变异量为60.9%。结论北京援鄂医疗队护士的心理弹性水平较好,应持续高度重视其心理健康的动态变化,及时采取有针对性的干预措施,提高心理弹性水平,促进援助任务顺利完成。

Objective To explore the psychological resilience level and influencing factors of nurses in Beijing medical team to Hubei province.Methods 81 nursing staff of Wuhan medical team were surveyed by general data questionnaire and mental resilience scale from February 19 th,2020 to March 20 th,2020.Descriptive analysis,univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors.Results The survey of 81 Beijing signing Hubei medical team for 64 nurses in women,men was 17,the average age was(34.52+5.81),and their psychological elasticity was 75.33+/-10.98 points,the single factor analysis showed that different degree,ward group,employment form,working years,professional and cognitive level of resilience was statistically significant between water,P<0.05;The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background,ward group,working years and the cognition level of the epidemic situation finally entered the equation,which was the influencing factor of the mental resilience level of nurses in the Medical team of Beijing to Hubei,P<0.05,and the total variation of mental resilience was 60.9%.Conclusions The mental resilience level of nurses in Beijing medical team to Hubei was good,so we should pay close attention to the dynamic changes of their mental health,take targeted intervention measures in time,improve the mental resilience level,and promote the successful completion of the assistance task.
