摘要
面向航空发动机转子详细分析转子全周碰摩故障生成机制与频谱特征,以涡轮叶片与机匣封严间隙位置的转子全周碰摩故障为例,基于FDM(傅里叶分解算法)法进行了碰摩故障诊断。选用转子试验器对转子全周碰摩振动信号加以测试,通过FDM算法,根据不同频谱分析途径,深入探究航空发动机转子全周碰摩故障诊断方式方法。测试结果表明,基于FDM法的转子全周碰摩故障诊断方法,不仅时频分辨率较高,且可高效提取转子故障特征信息,值得大力推广与应用。
The generation mechanism and spectrum characteristics of rotor full-cycle rub-impact fault are analyzed in detail for aero-engine rotor. The rub-impact fault diagnosis based on FDM( Fourier decomposition algorithm) is carried out,taking the rotor full-cycle rub-impact fault with closed clearance position of turbine blade and casing as an example. The full-cycle rub-impact signal of the rotor is tested by the rotor tester. Through the FDM algorithm,the fault diagnosis method of the full-cycle rub-impact of the aero-engine rotor is deeply explored according to the different spectrum analysis approaches. The test results show that the rotor full-cycle rub-impact fault diagnosis method based on FDM method not only has high time-frequency resolution,but also can extract rotor fault characteristic information efficiently,which is worthy of great popularization and application.
