吐温80对麦秆中提取的纤维素同步糖化发酵制乙醇的影响 被引量:3

摘要 农业生物质糖化发酵过程中加入添加剂能够提高其转化为清洁能源的效率.通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了吐温80对麦秆中提取的纤维素同步糖化发酵产乙醇的影响.单因素试验研究结果表明:乙醇含量随着酶质量浓度、吐温80质量浓度和发酵时间的增加先增大后逐渐趋于平缓,而随着酵母接种量的增加先增大后减小.正交试验研究结果表明:四个因素对试验结果影响的主次顺序为酶质量浓度、吐温80质量浓度、发酵时间、酵母接种量.吐温80对麦秆中提取的纤维素最佳同步糖化发酵条件为酵母接种量0.1%、酶质量浓度0.8 g/L、吐温80质量浓度1 g/L和发酵时间3 d,此时乙醇含量为27.99 g/L.最佳条件下添加非离子表面活性剂吐温80使乙醇含量提高了5.22%,说明非离子表面活性剂吐温80对麦秆中提取的纤维素同步糖化发酵产乙醇有促进作用. Adding additives in the saccharification and fermentation of agricultural biomass can increase the efficiency of converting its into clean energy.The effect of Tween 80 on ethanol production by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of cellulose extracted from wheat straw was studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.Cellulose was extracted from wheat straw,and then the conditions of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation to ethanol were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment using cellulose extracted from wheat straw as substrate.The results of single factor experiment showed that ethanol content increased firstly and then flatten gradually with the increase of the enzyme mass concentration,Tween 80 mass concentration and fermentation time,and then decreases with the increase of the amount of yeast inoculation,but ethanol content increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of yeast inoculation.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the primary and secondary order of four factors which influenced experiment results was enzyme mass concentration,Tween 80 mass concentration,fermentation time and yeast amount.The optimal conditions of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation using cellulose extracted from wheat straw as substrate was yeast inoculation of 0.1%,enzyme mass concentration of 0.8 g/L,Tween 80 mass concentration of 1 g/L and fermentation time of 3 d.The ethanol content was 27.99 g/L at the optimal conditions.The ethanol content was increased by 5.22%by adding nonionic surfactant Tween 80 at the optimal conditions,indicating that the nonionic surfactant Tween 80 could promote the simultaneous saccharification and fermentation to ethanol from cellulose extracted from wheat straw.
