宿舍用电监控系统设计

摘要 很多高校宿舍的用电功率存在限制,为此设计了宿舍用电智能监控系统.系统由主控制器、采集部分、通信部分组成.利用STM32作为主控芯片,采集部分采用BL0937芯片采集电压和电流,采集多条线路用电数据,各路数据采集通道均采用隔离保护,通信部分采用4G、LoRa无线通信模块和串口.主控制器经4G模块将数据传输到网络云端实时监控,宿舍的用电功率超过设定的功率时,系统会发送消息给该宿舍的宿舍长,警告宿舍及时管理用电器,否则就会对该宿舍断电,防止事故的发生,也能更方便地控制宿舍用电情况.经实际测试应用,该监控系统数据处理及时、运行稳定,满足系统应用需要. Many university dormitory electricity power limitation,dormitory electricity intelligent monitoring system is designed for this purpose.The design consists of main controller,acquisition part,communication part.Using STM32 as main control chip,voltage and current sampling part adopts BL0937 chip,several routes electricity data,various data acquisition channel adopt isolation protection,communication part on 4G,LoRa wireless communication module and a serial port.Main controller by 4G module to transmit data to the network for real-time monitoring of the cloud,the power capacity of the dormitory more than the power set,the system will send a message to the dormitory dormitory long,timely warning dormitory management use electrical appliances,or it will power to the dormitory,prevent the happening of the accident,also can more easily control the dormitory electricity supply.Through practical test of application,the monitoring system of data processing in a timely manner and running stability,meet the needs of the system application.
