摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)增强及其后处理技术在上腔静脉综合征(SVCS)中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析30例SVCS的临床及影像学资料,所有患者均行MSCT平扫、CT增强及多层面重建(MPR)。结果CT增强结合MPR在显示上腔静脉梗阻段范围、狭窄程度、侧支循环形成等方面明显优于CT平扫,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MSCT增强扫描结合后重建技术可较好评价SVCS,为临床干预提供良好依据。
Objective To evaluate the value of enhanced multidetector helical CT(MSCT)and its post-processing in the diagnosis of SVCS.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 30 patients with SVCS were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent MSCT plain scan,enhanced CT and multi-planar reconstruction(MPR).Results Enhanced CT combined with MPR was superior to CT plain scan for displaying the obstruction range,stenosis degree and collateral circulation formation of superior vena cava(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced MSCT scanning combined with post reconstruction technology can evaluate SVCS better and provide a good basis for clinical intervention.
