高感度技术在数字化X线胸部摄影中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高感度在数字化X线胸部正位摄影中对图像质量与辐射剂量的影响。方法选择胸部体检健康者200名,随机分成2组(试验组100名、对照组100名),在其他参数不变情况下,对照组采用一般感度(S400+2),试验组采用高感度(S800+2),对每个被检者进行数字化胸部正位摄影并上传至PACS,记录每次曝光的曝光量(mAs)和剂量面积乘积(DAP)值,由3位医师对图像质量进行评价,对比2组被检者mAs、DAP、图像质量评分。结果试验组曝光量mAs是(0.78±0.25)mAs,DAP值(0.34±0.11)d Gy·cm2,图像质量评分是(14.7±0.7)分;对照组曝光量mAs是(1.40±0.47)mAs,DAP值(0.61±0.21)d Gy·cm2,图像质量评分(14.9±0.4)分;2组的曝光量mAs和辐射剂量DAP有明显统计学差异(P<0.05),而在2组图像质量评分无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在胸部正位数字化X线摄影中使用高感度既能减少辐射且不影响图像质量,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the influence of high sensitivity on image quality and radiation dose in digital chest orthometry.Methods Two hundred healthy subjects who had a physical examination of the chest were selected and randomly divided into two groups(100 cases in the experimental group and 100 cases in the control group).With other parameters unchanged,the control group used the general sensitivity(S400+2)and the experi-mental group used the high sensitivity(S800+2),perform digital chest orthometry on each subject and upload it to PACS,recorded the mAs and DAP values for each exposure,and evaluated the image quality by three physician,comparing the two groups of subjects with mAs,DAP,image quality score.Results The exposure mAs of the experimental group was(0.78±0.25)mAs,the DAP value was(0.34±0.11)d Gy·cm2,and the image quality score was(14.7±0.7)points;The exposure amount mAs of the control group was(1.40±0.47)mAs,the DAP value was(0.61±0.21)dGy·cm2,and the image quality score was(14.9±0.4)points;There was a statistically significant difference in exposure mAs and radiation dose DAP between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in image quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of high sensitivity in digital chest radiography can reduce radiation without affecting image quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
