多排螺旋CT扫描三维后处理技术在多发伤中胸部创伤的应用价值

Application of MSCT technology in the three-dimensional reconstruction ofthoracic trauma in multiple injury

目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描三维后处理技术在多发伤中胸部创伤的应用价值,并在检查速度、诊断准确率和辐射剂量方面与X线片作对照分析。方法对有完整的X线片、MSCT扫描资料的178例多发伤中胸部创伤的患者进行回顾性分析,对比两者在受检者辐射剂量和诊断效果的差别。结果MSCT扫描三维后处理技术在检查效率、安全性和辐射剂量、图像质量、诊断效能均优于X线片。结论MSCT扫描三维后处理技术能快速、安全、准确地显示多发伤中胸部创伤的情况,应作为急诊首选影像检查方法。

Objective To assess the value of MSCT technology in the three-dimensional reconstruction of thoracic trauma in multiple injury.The efficiency of examination,the accuracy of diagnosis and the radiation dosage were compared with the plain film.Methods One hundred and seventy eight cases of thoracic trauma in multiple injury who were examined by X-rays and Msct were reviewed and analyzed.The difference of the radiation dosage and diagnostic efficiency between the two groups were compared.Results The efficiency,safety,radiation dosage,image quality and diagnostic efficiency of MSCT are higher than that of the X-rays.Conclusion MSCT technology in the three-dimensional reconstruction can display the thoracic trauma in multiple injury quickly,safely and accurately,which is recommended as the first choice for emergency examination.
