中西医结合治疗危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎1例

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on One Critical Case of Coronavirus Disease 2019

新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称“新冠肺炎”)属于中医学“湿毒疫”范畴,其中危重型病死率极高。报告1例肺部病变进展较快的危重型新冠肺炎患者,通过采用西医对症联合中医辨证治疗的方法成功救治。本案为疫邪夹湿伤肺导致湿热内盛、湿毒壅肺、毒损肺络、肺脾气虚。对重型发展到危重型、再到恢复期患者,分别采用宣肺透邪、清热化湿、化瘀通络、补肺健脾的治法,符合新冠肺炎中医诊疗方案,疗效满意。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)belongs to the category of“dampness toxin epidemic”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the fatality rate of critical illness is extremely high.A critical case of COVID-19 with rapidly progressed lung lesions is reported,and the patient was successfully treated by Western medicine symptomatic treatment combined with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.In this case,the pestilence pathogen being mixed with dampness damaging lung leads to internal retention of damp heat,dampness toxin obstructing lung,toxin damaging collaterals and lung and spleen qi deficiency.For patients from severe to critically ill,and then transforming to the recovery period,the treatment methods are ventilating lungs and pathogen,clearing heat and dampness,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,and supplementing the lungs and invigorating the spleen.They are in line with the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan with satisfactory results.
