摘要
宁波梅山春晓大桥采用下层纵移桥架技术,螺杆用于连接移动桥架与可移动悬挂系统。本文设计了一套纵移开启桥架螺杆试验装置,根据螺杆的拉力及拉伸值进行校核、检测,以达到保证设备安全的作用。在模拟工况下,对零件的强度性能和变形特性进行测试;在强度性能方面,根据试验中测得的应变,计算出各点的应力值,从而对螺杆、螺纹、锥套等进行测量与校核;在变形特性方面,主要是利用百分表对锥套滑移量、螺杆伸长量、螺纹变形量等进行测量与校核。
Three-dimensional screw test device is the key technology research of longitudinal bridge frame in the lower layer of meishan Chunxiao bridge in Ningbo.For bolts and screws of important parts,tensile test must be carried out before use.Check and test should be carried out according to the tensile and tensile value provided by the manufacturer,so as to ensure the safety of the equipment.A set of screw test equipment is designed in this paper.In the simulated condition,the strength performance and deformation characteristics of the parts are tested.In the aspect of strength performance,the stress value of each point is calculated according to the strain measured in the test.Measure and check the data of screw rod,thread and taper sleeve.In the aspect of deformation characteristics,it is mainly used to measure and check the data of cone sleeve slip,screw rod elongation and thread deformation by percentage meter.
