摘要
根据国铁集团《铁路货车静态闸瓦基础制动力试验技术条件》(运装货车〔2004〕370号)的通知,铁路货车进行改造厂修后,需进行闸瓦基础制动力检测,本项目通过将无线通讯技术,实现不拆卸闸瓦直接测量基础制动力,并通过无线通讯技术实时采集闸瓦基础制动力数据,快速判断车辆的制动率与制动倍率是否合格,并打印试验结果。
According to the notice of the National Railway Group"Technical Conditions for Static Brake Foundation Braking Force Test of Railway Freight Cars"(Freight Car[2004]370),it is necessary for railway freight cars to carry out brake shoe foundation braking force testing after renovation and repair.Through the wireless communication technology,this project can directly measure the basic braking force without dismantling the brake shoe,and collect the basic braking force data of the brake shoe in real time through the wireless communication technology to quickly judge whether the braking rate and braking ratio of the vehicle are qualified or not,and finally print the test results.
