From the perspective of operation and maintenance,the emergency goal is to restore business functions in a short time,reduce call loss time,and ensure that users'basic call functions are not affected.This paper briefly analyzes the emergency methods when each network element of the CRBT(Coloring Ring Back Tone)fails,and at the same time,analyzes and explains the implementation of automatic emergency response under abnormal database conditions.
