The preventive test of power transformer has many items and complex contents,which requires high professional and technical personnel.The level of test quality management is the key to ensure the reliability of preventive test data of power transformer.In this paper,according to the technical requirements of power transformer preventive test,starting from the measurement of insulation resistance,absorption ratio,DC withstand voltage and leakage current,measurement of dielectric loss angle tangent value and AC induction withstand voltage test,the technical content of the test is analyzed and summarized,hoping to provide reference for the quality management of preventive test of power transformer.
