摘要 为提高快递企业车辆管理的自动化、智能化、精细化水平,解决快递车辆管控滞后、管理模式粗放的问题,进一步适应快递行业高质量发展需求,基于车联网技术设计并构建了快递车辆管控平台。首先,分析了快递车辆的安全性及管理智能化、数字化、科学化的需求。然后,根据车辆管控需求,设计了运输监控可视化、运输成本精细化、考核评价标准化等平台功能,通过引入北斗定位导航、车联网智能识别及大数据等关键技术,构建了"终端+网络+平台+客户"的快递车辆管控平台。最后,以邮政车辆管控为例,从运输效率、运输成本等角度验证了平台的实用性。结果表明,邮政运输车辆使用效率提升了40%,车辆年运营成本平均下降3.5%,说明该平台能将人、车、路、快件等信息互联互通,实现整个快递运输过程的可视化,提高快递运输效率,降低运输成本,提高安全管控水平。 In order to improve the level of automation,intelligence and refinement of vehicle management of express enterprises,solve the problems of management lag and extensive management mode of express vehicles,and further adapt to the needs of high-quality development of express industry,an express vehicles management and control platform was designed and established.At first,the safety of express vehicles and corresponding requirements of intelligent,digital and scientific management were analyzed.Then,according to the requirements of vehicle management and control,the platform functions of transportation monitoring visualization,transportation cost refinement,assessment and evaluation standardization were designed.By introducing Beidou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),intelligent identification of internet of vehicles,big data and other key technologies,the express vehicle management and control platform of"terminal+network+platform+customer"was constructed.At last,taking postal vehicles′management and control as a case,the practicability of the platform was verified from the perspectives of transportation efficiency and transportation cost.The results show that the service efficiency of postal transport vehicles has increased by 40%,and the annual operating cost of vehicles has decreased by 3.5%,which indicates that the platform can interconnect the information of people,vehicles,roads and express,realize the visualization of the whole express transportation process,improve the efficiency of express transportation,reduce the transportation cost and improve the level of security control.
