摘要
旋转灌装机需要在保证刚度的同时减轻质量,减少机械振动,确保灌装机运行平稳。灌装机工作台用于安装罐装机转台、步进电机等,它的静、动态特性直接影响动平衡机的工作稳定性和加工精度,通过NX建模进行有限元分析和优化,可以在保证其结构稳定的同时减轻质量和提高强度,同时降低其他振动干扰。
Rotating filling machine needs to reduce the quality and mechanical vibration while ensuring the rigidity,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the filling machine.The filling machine workbench is used to install the filling machine turntable,stepping motor,etc.Its static and dynamic characteristics directly affect the working stability and machining accuracy of the dynamic balancing machine.Finite element analysis and optimization through NX modeling can ensure its structural stability,reduce its quality,improve its strength and reduce other vibration interference.
