文章介绍了单行玉米收获机的设计研制过程,该设备采用小型手扶拖拉机为配套动力,整机结构设计为前置自走式机型,一次性完成摘穗、秸秆还田、果穗结运收获等作业。文章还系统地论述了该设备的设计研制过程,包括:动力选配及传递方式研究、割台与拖拉机连接机构研究、输送机构研究、摘穗辊间隙调整研究、秸秆粉碎机构研究等研究过程。该设备解决了丘陵玉米收获难的问题。
This article introduces the design and development process of a single-row corn harvester.The equipment uses a small walking tractor as a supporting power.The whole structure is designed as a front-mounted self-propelled model.It mainly completes ear picking,straw returning,and ears at one time,finalize the harvest operation.This article also systematically discusses the design and development process of the equipment,including:power selection and transmission mode research,header and tractor connection mechanism research,conveying mechanism research,ear picking roll gap adjustment research,straw crushing mechanism research and other research processes.This equipment solves the problem of difficult corn harvest in mountainous hills.
