乡村振兴视角下的高职院校社会服务路径研究

Research on the Path of Social Service in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴战略的不断深入和"城乡一体化"进程加速发展,社会在人才培养、技术服务等方面的需求日益凸现。高等职业院校作为职业技术人才培养的重要环节,技能性人力资本的提供源泉,肩负着社会服务的使命。文章分析了高职院校参与乡村振兴现状,指出目前存在效率低下、受益面窄、专业局限、时间不足等问题,提出平台化社会服务战略构建高职乡村振兴路径的对策。

With the continuous deepening of the rural revitalization strategy and the accelerated development of the"urban-rural integration"process,the demand for personnel training and technical services has become increasingly prominent.As an important part of vocational and technical personnel training,higher vocational colleges provide a source of skilled human capital and shoulder the mission of social service.This article analyzes the status quo of higher vocational colleges participating in rural revitalization,and points out that there are problems such as low efficiency,narrow benefits,professional limitations,and lack of time,and proposes a platform-based social service strategy to build a countermeasure for rural revitalization in higher vocational schools.
