新时代农村社会组织高质量发展的探索与思考

中国特色社会主义发展进入了新时代,我国农村社会组织工作也进入了新的历史阶段,必须把高质量发展作为农村社会组织发展的指引。农村社会组织高质量发展包括3个内涵:以人民为中心的发展思想,全面发展和高水平的自身建设。当前,由于一些制约因素,农村社会组织还达不到高质量发展的要求,亟需增强农村社会组织的全面本领,完善相关体制机制,营造良好的法制环境,扎实推进农村社会组织高质量发展。

The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the work of rural social organizations in China has also entered a new historical stage.High-quality development must be taken as the guidance for the development of rural social organizations.The high-quality development of rural social organizations includes three connotations:people-centered development thought,all-round development and high-level self-construction.At present,due to some restrictive factors,rural social organizations can not meet the requirements of high-quality development.It is urgent to enhance the comprehensive skills of rural social organizations,improve relevant institutional mechanisms,create a good legal environment,and solidly promote the high-quality development of rural social organizations.
