高校实验室的化学品管理工作涉及师生人身财产安全和社会稳定,是高校科学研究和实验教学的重要软硬件保障。传统的化学品出入库、手工记账等方法存在一定不足,已经难以适应现代实验室管理需要。青岛农业大学植物医学学院,基于学院实验室的实际状况和管理需求,将化学品管理与信息化技术相结合,开发出了一套实验室化学品网络管理系统,建立了全面、准确、动态的化学品信息平台,主要包含用户管理、实验室管理、药品管理、库存管理等模块。新型管理系统的建立和运行,创新了管理模式,优化了管理手段,使化学品的采购和使用更加科学合理,提高了化学品存取使用效率,为实验教学和相关科研工作的顺利进行提供了软硬件基础和安全保障。

There are some shortcomings in the traditional methods of chemical storage and manual accounting,which are difficult to meet the needs of modern laboratory management.Based on the actual situation and management needs of the college's laboratory,the College of Plant Health&Medicine of Qingdao Agricultural University has developed a set of laboratory chemical network management system based on the combination of chemical management and information technology,and established a comprehensive,accurate and dynamic chemical information platform,mainly including user management,laboratory management,drug management,inventory management and other modules.The establishment and operation of the new management system innovates the management mode,optimizes the management means,makes the purchase and use of chemicals more scientific and reasonable,improves the efficiency of chemical storage and use,and provides the software and hardware foundation and security guarantee for the smooth progress of experimental teaching and related scientific research.
