荞麦是一种具有保健作用的杂粮作物,具有很高的科研价值和经济价值。山西灵丘县作为"国家优质荞麦生产基地",土壤和气候条件具有适宜荞麦生长,截至2020年,灵丘荞麦年产总量225×10~4kg,远销海内外。文章从整地、选种、播种、田间管理、施肥、收获等角度出发,总结了灵丘荞麦的栽培技术。

Buckwheat is a kind of coarse grain crop with health care function,which has high scientific research value and economic value.As the"national production base of high quality buckwheat",Lingqiu area has suitable soil and climate conditions for buckwheat growth.By 2020,the total annual output of buckwheat in Lingqiu will be 225×104 kg,which will be sold at home and abroad.This paper summarized the cultivation technology and planting process of buckwheat in Lingqiu from the aspects of soil preparation,seed selection,sowing,field management,fertilization and harvest.
